Still waiting for the presale code. Has anyone gotten theirs yet?

I think there is some kind of ticket fix going on at that venue. I tried for Florence and the Machine and absolutely NOTHING available the second tix went onsale but then right afterwards all secondary tkt vendors had them onsale for at least double the price! Watch out for the same to happen for Arctic Monkeys!
