Obviously about his dick. He isn't saying it won't spin at all-- just that it requires the intervention of another party. And how, may I ask, is one supposed to have a "spin" of a mood? That line about having a spin reminds me of the Rolling Stones' song "Rocks Off:"

Having said that, what makes the song more than just an extended cock reference is that it's fueled by filthy, physical need being expressed by someone who can talk about filthy, physical need in an interesting way. His mood sets the tone of the song, but that's not the thing that drives the lyrics. Or propels them, if you like.

Oh, and it would be at least as embarrassing to sing a song about how you're a man "propelled" by crybaby mood swings. Nah this song is about writers block or loss of creativity. Sticky keys refers to typewriter keys that won't move. As for make your decent slowly, that is Alex telling Josh Homme to take it slow and easy with his ideas, don't push too hard. I figured it all out from this line "Borrow the beak off a bald...Eagle, oh momentary synergy" The beak off a bald eagle is American Josh Homme's artistic vision I guess you would call it.
